PARTICIPATION
All projects must be developed exclusively during the event.

Pre-built, reused, or previously submitted projects are strictly prohibited.

Problem statements must strictly align with the assigned domains.

REGISTRATION
Registration will be confirmed only for shortlisted teams.

Registration will be accepted only after completing the process through the official website (https://hackfest2k26.korex.co.in/ ).

BUILD POLICY
Only original work is permitted.

INTEGRITY & CONDUCT
Any form of plagiarism or policy violation will result in immediate disqualification.

Participants are expected to maintain professional and ethical conduct throughout the event.

EVALUATION
All submissions will be evaluated by an expert jury panel.

The jury’s decision is final and binding.

EXPERIENCE & FACILITIES
Comfortable accommodation will be provided.

High-speed internet access throughout the event.

Official college transportation may be used as scheduled.

Participants should carry personal and project essentials.
